Overview

Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings, heatmaps, and user behavior analytics.

• Active Users
• Rage Clicks
• Dead Clicks
• Excessive Scrolling
• Quick Backs
• JavaScript Errors

Setup Instructions

1. Get your Clarity API token from Clarity Settings
2. Navigate to Integrations → Microsoft Clarity
3. Click Connect
4. Enter your API Token and Project ID
5. Click Save

Configuration

• API Token: Found in project settings
• Project ID: Your Clarity project identifier

Limitations

• Data window: 1-3 days (API limitation)
• Recent data only

Data Sync

• Free Tier: Manual sync (3/day)
• Pro Tier: Every 3 hours
• Scale+ Tier: Every 30 minutes
